Working across all major verticals, either directly or with partners, across EMEA and APAC, I have driven 1000's of software deals by evidencing how customers' can understand and manage their space more efficiently, improve their visitor and employee experience, become more dynamic with asset management and use technology to improve RAM's and H&S processes.
Supporting global sales teams and external partners, I have vast experience leading customer discovery calls to fully understand pain points and challenges and then building a tailored environment to demonstrate the full value of the solution, through process transformation to provide genuine ROI.
The most important thing I have learnt over the years is that each customer is different and each one has different needs. I also love showing the customers things they haven't even thought of and show them the power of connecting solutions and enhanced technology can deliver much more value to the client.
