- Leads Baker Hughes integrated operations on the rig in close cooperation with operator, rig contractor and any other third parties. Supervises the operations according to the well activity program.
- Coordinates and coaches all Baker Hughes personnel on rig HSE activities, operational planning and job execution. First line of support and technical reference for the offshore Baker Hughes personnel carrying out the tasks at wellsite.
- Ensures the project is executed in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
- Acted as the Baker Hughes focal point for the customer at the wellsite, participating in operation reviews, safety and morning operations meetings.
- Provides on time entry in Job-Center for Integrated Solutions activities and timely input to the DBR reporting, KPI evaluation and improvement plans.

- The role mainly known as Drilling Coordinator, included planning & execution of drilling on multiple wells.
- Executed well planning, approved well-plans, developed BHA’s, engineered torque and drag, performed hole cleaning, briefed and directed offshore staff, and managed billing and approval sign-offs.
- Achieved doubled production from 23kboepd to 53kboepd through fracture identification and stimulation on Stella Project (ADTI).
- Conducted land work for Acona at Islandmagee, Ireland, focusing on project requirements.
- Managed land work activities for Egdon at Wressle 1, ensuring compliance with project guidelines.
- Executed planning for 20 well designs at Xcite's Bentley project, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Completed Pierce A-12 well 16 days ahead of AFE and received commendation from Olav Skar, GM of Shell; completed Belinda well 6.5 days ahead of AFE.
