Since my starting date I have worked in multiple departments including Customer returns non sort, ICQA and most recent Inbound stow. During my tenure I have been a proxy team lead in Both customer return and now in stow. I have also learned numerous roles across these departments including TSI, PG, Audit, Problem solve, Instructor, IOL, and FUD hunter to name but a few.

Working closely with a husband and wife both with cerebral palsy to ensure a healthy, calm and harmonious living environment in there own home. My duties included the hiring of staff, making rotas, Ensuring clean and safe living environment, Medication administration, Help with personal finance and demonstrate empathy whilst dealing with challenging behaviour or emotional distress from my clients.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, Mentoring new staff members on customer service protocols and having a supportive work atmosphere, Managing cash handling procedures, Promoting special offers and events, Monitoring stock levels, Planned staff rotas to meet customer demand and coordinate with front and back of house to maximise guest satisfaction.

Liaising closely with the managers in any one of five very busy entertainment bars in and around San Antonio Bay, Supporting bar manager with administrative tasks, Creating enticing seasonal drink specials to increase sales and ensuring staff and customers alike both enjoy themselves in a safe and fun environment.

Duties Varied from serving people at the bar to greeting people at the door, Checking Identification for age verification, Demonstrating flexibility in shift patterns to cover busy periods or staff absences, Provide product knowledge to improve customer experience and keeping the bar area clean.

Repairing and cleaning of textile machinery, Quickly learned and applied new skills, Consistently arrived at work on time and ready to start immediately, completed duties to deliver on targets and improved efficiency and productivity by acquiring new skills.
