* Transformed business from small mail order company started by my wife, Yvonne, in 1993 to digital multi-channel retailer, increasing turnover from £500k to £12m.
* Expanded operations from one rented nursery to three owned horticultural nurseries.

* Transformed Hollyoaks Nursery from small orchid nursery into bespoke horticultural distribution facility
