Group Accountant involved in helping to start up the original company that grew over 6 years to 17 associated companies with a turnover in excess of £15m. Responsible for 5 accounting staff, reporting to the Board of Directors, presenting accounts on a monthly basis. Full Budgetary control, KPI's and variance analysis.

This was a full time role in addition to still working for Business Solutions (Yorkshire) Ltd clients.
