Having worked in both the healthcare sector my whole career so have a deep understanding of issues faced by our members on a daily basis. I have extensive knowledge and experience of the current healthcare agenda which informs my day to day practice as a Senior Officer in the Royal College of Nursing [RCN] representing nursing, nurses and our members. I am passionate and committed to nursing as a profession. I am equally committed to the RCN as an organisation that seeks to develop and enhance safe high quality patient care whilst maintaining and ensuring the best working terms and conditions for our members.
