I am an experienced ambitious Nurse, who enjoys challenges and works well under pressure. I am a strong leader and team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills. I am a socially confident and self-motivated professional with an outgoing personality and a determination to succeed.
Having worked in both the healthcare sector my whole career so have a deep understanding of issues faced by our members on a daily basis. I have a diverse range of skills and experience, which I believe can bring to the role. I have extensive knowledge and experience of the current healthcare agenda which informs my day to day practice as a Senior Officer in the Royal College of Nursing [RCN] representing nursing, nurses and our members. I am passionate and committed to nursing as a profession.
