- Cover 7 Bakery Sites across the UK
- Take the Lead on New and complex projects – transition from OPP Flowrap to paper; Packaging Reduction and rationalization projects both Retailer and Own Brand
- Oversee process and packaging improvement projects
- Implement process and WOW improvements within the Packaging Industrialisation Team
- Development and maintenance of the Specification library in preparation for EPR Audits
