Summary

I am a mature and enthusiastic Early Years practitioner and team player with a great sense of adventure. I was born and raised in Durham, England. I studied in London, where I lived and worked as a teacher and a manager in social work. As a dedicated educationalist, my passion for holistic education has guided me across continents. My warm, fun, friendly personality enables me to break down barriers and create connections with diverse groups of people. As a lifelong learner, I enjoy new challenges, from trekking up the Mountains of the Moon, running in the Angkor Wat Marathon, or completing a ten-day silent retreat in the Himalayas to working as a teacher for UNHCR in HK. I have worked as a trainer and educationalist in Malaysia for the last fifteen years with my husband, and now we are ready for a new challenge.
