I worked for over a year as a waiter for a private restaurant part time in which requires effective communication skills and dealing with being under pressure when it gets busy in the workforce also make sure the restaurant is clean when the restaurant is busy, so it keeps me productive.Furthermore, I sometimes work in the bar if employees need my help which requires flexibility and resilience was responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests while taking and delivering orders accurately was also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, as well as restocking supplies and assisting with inventory management.My strong communication and organizational skills were crucial in this role, as I had to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Working as a waiter allowed me to develop my team work skills, as I frequently collaborated with my colleagues to ensure that our guests had a pleasant dining experience.This role also helped me improve my attention to detail and adaptability, as I had to handle a variety of customer requests and unexpected situations.Furthermore, i had also gained experience from working in a kitchen as some days i would work as a kitchen helper which required me to prepare ingredients ,Assisting with food preparation and plating,Cleaning the kitchen and equipment and Stocking supplies and ingredients.

I also sell Sneakers and tickets online in my spare time and can source anything online which requires networking with individuals who operate in the same niche .I am responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and handling sales transactions.One of my key accomplishments in this role was my ability to make 3-4 figure transactions with high value customers, demonstrating my ability to close high-value sales and build strong relationships with customers.My excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowed me to effectively communicate the benefits of our service and build trust with customers, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.This role allowed me to develop my sales and customer service skills,and I am confident that I can bring these skills to any sales role.

During the holiday season, I worked as a sales associate at a cafe that sold christmas trees.My responsibilities included greeting customers, answering questions about the different types of trees available, and assisting with the purchase and payment process's was able to use my sales skills to successfully upsell customers on additional holiday essentials , resulting in increased sales for the cafe.Working in this fast-paced and customer-facing role taught me the importance of effective communication and the ability to think on my feet.It was a challenging but rewarding experience that helped me develop my customer service and sales abilities. I Provided service with a smile, offering courteous, helpful advice to best meet customer needs.
