  • This was a newly created role, in a division of the company which is still evolving
  • Therefore, I was frequently adapting my role and main duties to suit the latest business priorities
  • My responsibilities in this role included:
  • Team Facilitator / Scrum Master for 2 teams, investigating innovative solutions to key customer problems
  • Coordinate and facilitate ceremonies sprint planning and bi-weekly check ins
  • Managing sprint boards and assisting with road mapping for projects
  • Producing and distributing updates and reports for stakeholders, multiple reports, including quarterly financial reporting, annual budget reports, monthly functional updates etc
  • Point of contact for internal queries and external SME’s or supporting consultants
  • Encouraging the team to embrace a growth mindset, working in a non-linear manner, with the customer’s needs always prioritised
  • Arranging and leading internal training sessions across business functions
  • External stakeholder management and coordinating invoicing
  • Liaising with other executive assistants to schedule pitch sessions and strategic update meetings
