Description: FirstVision Requirement gathering, Analysis, Development and BAU support for 50+ EMEA and APAC banks having 160+ organisation portfolio.

Project Deliverables & Responsibilities:

• Recognise business problem and come up with most suited solution.
• Leading a team of 4 members and co-ordinating the requirements in order to meet the desired targets.
• Subject Matter Expert in any core CMS related issues including transaction posting, card issue/re-issue, non-monetary process etc.
• Providing analysis, resolution, discuss with stakeholders for an issue raised and also performing recoveries to remediate the impacted cases with appropriate decision.
• Providing Cost optimisation techniques to the project by decreasing the execution time taken by batch modules.
• Working in VisionPLUS subsystem- Credit Management System, Loyalty Management System, Letter Management System, Account Service Management, Offer Management System.
• Analysing functional and technical impact with respect to Business requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication to convey ideas, facts and opinion to stakeholders.
• Developing and delivering cost-benefit projects.
• Negotiating and deciding functional design that fulfils the requirement.
• Taking calls/meetings to understand if the particular technical design conforms to the discussed business requirements.
• Client and Vendor relationship management.
• Discussion with stakeholders for any issue faced and potential risks in future.
• Supporting Go-live activities for quarterly code drop and any critical project in Production.
• Supporting migration activities of any client to First Vision platform.
• Managing Banks expectation for any business related queries.
• Working in Production and UAT issues and ensuring related resolution and fixes are delivered on-time.
• Planning and tuning performance of the application, reduction in the number of loops, and code optimisation.
• A keen analyst and team player with thorough understanding of all aspects of the SDLC from understanding client requirements through direct client interaction, translating them into technical specifications, and driving their execution
• Project Management Following compliance related to project delivery, training of junior associates etc.
• Event organiser head for all the team building activities/events of Infosys.

Description: FirstVision UAT support and analysis for all the projects that are tested by bank(50+ EMEA and APAC).
Project Deliverables and Responsibilities :

• Gathering all the defects raised, allocating the defects to team members in UAT support with an acceptable ETA.
• Working in VisionPLUS subsystem- Credit Management System, Loyalty Management System, Letter Management System, Account Service Management, Offer Management System..
• Working in UAT defects and ensuring related resolution and fixes will get deliver on-time.
• Remains involve in project related discussions that are delivered in UAT.
• Understand the client business processes and data requirements.
