I am an active member of my local Scout group I am currently working as a Young Leader in Cubs As part of this role I am undertaking a number of training courses relevant to the role including safeguarding and first aid I'm also apart of an FA affiliated football team this demonstrates my commitment to weekly training and most weekend matches My role as Swimming instructor at our local sports center has helped to develop my interpersonal and leadership skills Within this company I have also worked as a holiday activity leader, this is day camps during the holidays During these camps we help the children participate in fun activities including; crafts, sports, swimming, cooking Within this role I assisted children/young people with additional needs to enable them to partake in activities on offer My family is a foster family We care for children of all ages and backgrounds This has given me an understanding of people from different backgrounds and with different needs I am hard working and will help with any task I am given
