In this role, I worked in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and ensuring all operational needs were met, often working long hours, including 12-hour shifts. My key Responsibilities included.

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Handling administrative duties such as maintaining records, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Working with a team to meet tight deadlines, ensuring that all tasks were completed on schedule.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail while managing complex workloads.
• Assisting in training and mentoring new employees, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Through my commitment to providing outstanding service and consistently meeting deadlines, I Was recognised for my ability to work long hours without compromising on quality.

Whilst In David Broome Event Centre, I had to work and direct members of the public around the site, making sure they were where they needed to be at a set time.

This experience enhanced my ability to work with children and further strengthened my interpersonal skills, which are essential in any customer-facing role.

While still in secondary school, I led and coordinated several fundraising events to support local causes.

This role gave me valuable experience in event management, teamwork, and communication, which I carried forward into my professional career.

• Organised charity events such as bake sales, sponsored walks, and raffles.
• Coordinated a team of volunteers, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth execution of events.
• Communicated with external vendors and local businesses to secure donations and sponsorships.
• Raised over £2,000 for various charities through the events.

My time as a fundraising coordinator demonstrated my initiative, organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people.
