I am responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of the customer activity plan covering FMCG, GM and Clothing with the purpose of driving customer engagement, basket spend and sales.
My responsibilities include supporting the development of relevant and impactful in store activity by working alongside the Trading and Marketing directors to shape the commercial customer offer and collaborating with Commercial Finance and the insight teams to ensure decision are driven by data.
Another key responsibility is the effective communication of this plan across the full commercial and retail functions through the creation of robust and compelling communication.
The role is high profile, working closely with the Senior Commercial Management team, Retail Ops, Supply, VM and Marketing to deliver for our customers with responsibility for a c.£4million annual budget for ‘trading labour’
