

I am a sociable, positive person with a strong focus on client and customer satisfaction, demonstrating integrity in all interactions. Skilled in prioritising workload effectively, offering flexibility to support the team/ company. I originally chose Social Care as a career which I thoroughly loved, but then financially I had to move into Customer Service which I also enjoyed as I am a bit of a people pleaser, so don't like to let customers/ clients down. Many years within customer services has given me great experience communicating with others and my CV is quite varied, but whatever I do it is done with conviction, integrity a smile and a sense of humour. I am a young 59, feel a lot younger and love a job where I can go home feeling rewarded. I love the camaraderie of a good team but equally working alone has some benefits.
