My role in my current position is a Lead Generator ,Home Based, calling customers from different sectors and introducing myself. To engage with the Businesses decision maker , Regarding the current contracts they are in for Water, Gas, Electric and waste. Then seeing if the window of opportunity is there , To look at future contracts , along with there other needs , whilst maintaining positive and excellent customer service . Once established its gaining the customers trust, and advising how we can potentially help and can do for them going forward. Obtaining invoices and a GDPR letter . This then leads to obtaining information , Contract end dates , Annual Consumptions , Checking Vat and CCL Charges. Once completed re engage with customer to set appointment for Closer to call. Hence him making sale.
