Eager to learn new skills to extend my knowledge base of different techniques e.g. taking bloods and ECG working.
I was unemployed between June 2003 and October 2023 as I was bringing up my two children, one who has learning disabilities along with being on the Autism Spectrum, the other having been diagnosed with ADHD and has recently been given an appointment to check also for Autism.
I was also a full time carer for both my parents (now deceased) and my father-in-law (also deceased) who suffered with dementia.
The current role I am doing means that I have to do a lot of driving and this is now taking its toll on me especially driving at night. I love doing the job I do but with that in mind I feel that my concentration levels are beginning to wane and this is not in the best interests of myself or the patients.
