I have a good work ethic ,I aways turn up for work and are always on time I am very trustworthy and honest I am self motivated and can work independently but also work great as a team member I am respectful of boundaries and confidentially

I have great people skills and love to chat and especially to listen, I am very empathetic and understanding towards residents needs and feelings, I like to treat people how I would treat my family members I can be very outgoing and fun but also can be calming and reassuring when required

I understand peoples needs and always find a way to accommodate them I like to get to know every residents likes, dislikes, hobbies and interests so that I get to spend quality time with everyone doing what they enjoy and encourage them to try new activities while helping to maintain their independence I like to organise events where family members are invited too

I can build up a good repour with residents and families so that they feel comfortable in my company which helps them to want to join in

I have worked at Bradwell Hall and Hempstalls Hall as an Activities Co Ordinator so have lots of experience working with Elderly residents and residents with Dementia and have loved it I enjoy planning and celebrating special dates on the calendar and get everyone involved

I get much job satisfaction by putting smiles on residents faces and help make their day a happy one I incorporate a variety of activities so suit all abilities and interests so that no one feels left out, but i am always open to try new things I understand ever home works in different ways so are not set in my ways and are open to change
