• Successfully reviewed the defined benefit pension scheme, closing to new entrants, and following consultation increasing the contributions of those in the DB schemes
• Delivered review of executive salaries, reviewing bonus and benefit structure, introducing short/long-term innovative, shared incentives.
• Delivered an innovative bonus system for every employee, linked to company performance, delivering best in industry on key metrics.
• Introduced and developed the graduate and apprenticeship programmes, from scratch, thus providing new talent to the business.
