• Providing free and confidential information, advocacy and support to anyone 13 and over in the Forth Valley area affected by sexual violence.
• First point of contact for survivors accessing the service; providing clear, inclusive information about available support options in a calm, trauma-informed manner
• Organising and conducting initial appointments, supporting survivors make informed decisions about engaging with therapeutic services
• Offer ongoing check-in calls and facilitate a weekly drop-in service for survivors awaiting longer-term support
• Supporting the delivery of the National Sexual Violence Prevention Programme by facilitating workshops across the Forth Valley area for young people on four key topics: Power, Consent, Understanding Sexual Violence, Pornography and Online Sexual Violence.
• Participate in outreach by hosting information stalls, raising awareness and networking within the local community.
• Regularly engage in CPD and professional development to maintain and enhance best practice. Currently includes Child and Adult Protection and Safeguarding, ASIST Suicide Training, Understanding and treating Complex PTSD, Disenfranchised Grief and First Aid at Work

• Support young people aged 12–25, including those with care experience, through targeted youth work programmes and mentoring
• Run local community youth clubs providing safe, inclusive spaces for young people to develop life skills and engage in issue-based workshops covering LGBTQI+ , mental health, internet and phone safety.
• Collaboratively design and deliver summer programmes featuring outdoor, sports, and creative activities, encouraging youth-led planning and active participation
• Participate in mental health and wellbeing initiatives in primary schools, supporting children to understand stress management and develop awareness of their mental health
• Contribute as part of a local community outreach team (Detached), building trusted relationships with young people in their local areas and promoting safety and wellbeing. Provide information and resources on education, employment, and relationships, empowering young people to access support and make informed decisions

• Delivered helpline-based emotional support to survivors of sexual violence using a feminist, empowerment-focused approach
• Completed comprehensive training covering rape culture, gender-based violence, consent, and challenging harmful myths
• Handled crisis calls and written communications from survivors with empathy and professional boundaries
• Worked within a women led service framework that prioritised safety and survivor autonomy
• Engaged in regular reflective practice, and triad sessions to continuously build trauma-informed support skills

• Provided long-term emotional and social support in the community to elderly and disabled individuals experiencing isolation
• Helped individuals build confidence, reduce loneliness, and supported them to access local services and community resources
• Developed strong, trusted relationships through regular planned visits, active listening, and compassionate communication

Across multiple roles in NHS and private practice, including time as a Reception Manager, I provided both clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth, patient-focused care.
