I headed up the marketing department and was responsible for all of EDT’s marketing channels with the support of a Marketing Exec.
I developed EDT's Digital Marketing Strategy including developing user personas for their 6 target audiences, competitor research, SWOT analysis, audit of existing online channels. I presented the Strategy to the Senior Leadership Team and Board o Trustees to get budget approval for 2022/23 academic year.
Once the overall Digital Strategy was approved and developed I also worked on their Social Media Strategy, Content Strategy and SEO Strategy and then internally the Digital Marketing Exec and myself implemented the Social Strategy and created content in Canva and posted to Social Channels
SEO was outsourced to a Digital Marketing Agency which I briefed and managed closely
I also was responsible for development on a new website writing the business case, presenting that to stakeholders, briefing web design agencies, evaluation of proposals and managing website project internally across the charity and with the agency, gathering requirements, writing technical specification and brief for web agency and for creating the User Journey/Sitemap
I set up and managed Google Ads Grant for EDT resulting in the charity getting $7500 worth of free Google Ads per month
I worked on a corporate video with a videographer and briefed photographers/videographers for event capture
I wrote content for the website blog and news and posted to website and created updates to the website in Wix

I worked for Sky WiFi within the Commercial Team as the Digital Lead on B2B and B2C communications. I reported to the Commercial Director and worked very closely with the Sales, Customer Service and the Product Team.

Developed B2C Email program for retention of Online Savings customers
