Setting and monitoring NVH structure borne and airborne performances related to Electric Drive Unit installation in vehicle.

Manage NVH risk assessments and perform root cause analysis studies to support project stake holders

Provide NVH consultancy for Bosch BU and GB as well as cater to NVH services towards external OE clients as per requirement. Conduct project management
Responsibilities:

• Lead the NVH Test and Algorithm development team
• Planning of Design of experiment subject to customer problem statement, algorithm development and validation, test management. Plan and manage workload/workforce for NVH test team, execute testing when required.
• Front end customer as NVH lead and involve in all stages of project (scope creation, execution, review, delivery)
• Manage NVH facility within BOSCH (CAPEX, OPEX, 5S, Lab Inventory, Calibration schedule)
• Represent Bosch India Acoustic COE and contribute, align with the objectives and participate in the strategic road map for NVH community within BOSCH
• Frame NVH competency roadmap for the team inline to organizational goals and new age technology

To lead the project and manage all NVH related topics from start of project conceptualization to serial life

2011-2017: Powertrain performance leader (Renault Range of Diesel + Gasoline units)

2017-2020: Vehicle performance leader for Renault CMFA+ platform units

Key responsibilities:

Upstream phase:

• Target setting (objective and subjective)
• Cascade equivalent objective targets for vehicle powertrain and part level

Digital evaluation phase

• Assess Target Vs Actuals from CAE calculation, suggest Countermeasure , synthesis presentation to project management at milestones to assess QCDP of NVH deliverables

Test and validation Phase:

• Lead testing team to carry out & synthesize various structure and air borne NVH parameters and apply countermeasure wherever required to meet specified targets or make root cause analysis for any issues. Participate in milestone review meetings and present synthesis for the (target Vs actual) in terms of NVH performance
