• Successfully delivered Digital Account Opening (STP) journey (Mobile and Website) for HSBC APAC and HSBC London markets; Customers can apply for personal loans, credit card, Top Up, Transfer balance through web and HSBC app. User base 10 million.
• Worked on digital lending product for HSBC – APAC customers (SG, MY, HK and India) and UK & EU customers (Website).

Digital international expansion was high priority and visibility project within entire corporation; The purpose of project is to keep increasing WU Digital services global footprint by launching a digital money transfer service in different countries through WU app and web; It was a highly performant payments processing platform capable of 300+ TPS, processing $10B+ annually through multiple channels (web, mobile, retails, kiosks, hosted partners); and integrated with diverse globally dispersed processors/banks/partners, social apps (WeChat, Viber), and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Android Pay and

Tap's Go); It supports a variety of payments methods including instant bank transfers, cards, cash, ACH and wire. The project executed strictly as per SDLC guidelines. Development model was Scaled Agile Development. A team of more than 120 members in form of multiple Scrum teams from various locations in USA and India were involved
