• The Engineering Team provides 24-seven seamless engineering support to circa 5m ft 2 of Distribution Network buildings - critical in ensuring systems, infrastructure and automation deliver effective availability for online sales and store replenishment fulfilment. The Network Engineering Shift Manager supports the Building Engineering Manager / Engineering Operations Manager in formulating, implementing and achieving the department’s business objectives and service level targets, managing a technical team to deliver engineering regimes – planned, reactive and remedial, across the estate. Primary role is to lead, coach and develop individual teams of engineering technicians and fabric engineers to maintain buildings to a high standard, ensuring all legislative requirements and health and safety governance is met.
