By quickly learning and applying new First Choice Knowledge and skills to daily tasks, helped improving efficiency and productivity. This allowed successful delivery of UK roll-out of Performance Dialogues.

As part of my role I managed and supported UK board on First Choice Projects, from development through to delivery.

I achieved First Choice Master Gold and First Choice Bronze Advisor, which allowed me to advise on submissions for 5S and GEMBA for EU approval.

In addition Was responsible for managing NPA caller(s) to achieve 1st caller targets and supported my business colleagues to complete 2nd calls to customers and analysis of call outcome to make improvements to our process.

Lead team of dedicated professionals responsible for production of bids, proposals, presentations and customer facing documents for DHL Express within the UK. We supported our DHL regional and global colleagues with tenders and shared expertise within all areas of the business. I was instrumental in overhauling the bid process and introducing new ideas and concepts, such as bespoke proposal documents, customer presentations and business review documents, enabling win ratio to rise year on year since 2010. I gained APMP Practitioner accreditation in March 2012.

DHL Express UK Bid and Proposal team finished 2017 with a win rate of 83% for lead tenders, and increased output from 130 projects a year to over 3000 in 2017.

I managed a portfolio of companies within the Financial Services sector designing logistic solutions for their UK and International business. Customers included HSBC, RBS, BoS, Santander, Lloyd's, BoA. This role included managing supply chains and ensuring that all departments within DHL contributed to their success of each customer.

I moved to the role for International Electronics and Consumer Products team within DHL Express. This involved managing the portfolio of regional and global customers including Philips, Hp, Sun Microsystems, CSC and Computer Associates

I managed a portfolio of financial, legal and insurance companies within the City of London. Clients included Goldman Sachs, UBS, Barclays, Lloyd's, Société General, Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance, Linklaters, Slaughter & May, Freshfields, AIG, RSA, AXA, and Zurich
