Lead team of dedicated professionals responsible for production of bids, proposals, presentations and customer facing documents for DHL Express within the UK. We supported our DHL regional and global colleagues with tenders and shared expertise within all areas of the business. I was instrumental in overhauling the bid process and introducing new ideas and concepts, such as bespoke proposal documents, customer presentations and business review documents, enabling win ratio to rise year on year since 2010. I gained APMP Practitioner accreditation in March 2012.

DHL Express UK Bid and Proposal team finished 2017 with a win rate of 83% for lead tenders, and increased output from 130 projects a year to over 3000 in 2017.
