• Whilst doing this I have worked in various different areas including gardening, painting, manual labour etc. Throughout this I have done heavy lifting (removal of rubble and wheelbarrowing substances like cement), cleaning the workplace (sweeping and jet washing).

• I worked at Maplin till the very end after the company went into liquidation and I got made redundant. Whilst at Maplin I got trusted to keep in charge of shop floor whilst management were occupied, also I was able to handle sales and refunds of large sums of some of the products we sold. Duties would include: engaging with customers, handling cash transactions and deliveries. They would also include organising shop floor/stockroom, contacting other stores and phoning customers.

• Here I worked in the Cafe in Tesco. I worked as a waiter, casher, barista and chef. My duties would include: Opening/shutting the cafe to prepare for customers, cleaning front and back of café, cashing up, cooking various breakfast/lunch food, making various hot/cold drinks, customer service and health and Safety.

• Solent Creatives is an agency within the university that offers the students freelance jobs from events at the university from outside companies needing work. The work have I done as part of the agency includes: camera work, photography, video editing, photo editing, sound recording and interviewing.
