I started working as a sales assistant in may 2022. In February 2023 I became manager and have been since.

its been an enjoyable experience working with a great team of 10 -12 people at anytime learning new things and projects along the way.

my responsibilities included

• Cultivated strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Liaised with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintained inventory control, reduced stock shortages.

I started working there aged 17 as a sales assistant as just something to do and earn money for a little time but ended up working there for the next 20 years eventually being assistant manager for a number of years.

had a great time working there making good friends with staff and customers who are still good friends to this day and have great relationships with them.

My responsibilities included

- Created a positive work environment, resulting in higher employee morale.

- Developed strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Handled stock control duties diligently preventing overstocking or shortages.

- Managed cash registers accurately reducing discrepancies at end of day reconciliation.

- Managed daily operations to ensure smooth running of the shop floor.
