- Involved in the development and Implementation of the Soil Integrity Management System responsible for over 20 inspection Personnel, Using the X-Block shoreline protection system, including training, conducting compliance audits and development of QMS based on ISO 9001/14001/18001 series for the following departments within the soil improvement program, Integrity.
- The overall reclamation site is located on the south side of the existing Das Island.
- The newly created land is more than 193 ha in size and requires a volume of 16 million m3 of reclamation fill including a new airport, 500 man field logistic base housing and recreation facilities, permanent housing estates and office blocks.
- Material management programs and new Storage facilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- In overall charge of 20 Inspectors Multi Discipline, reference to QA/ QC activities scheduling and coordination.
- Successfully wrote and implemented a compliant ISO 9001:2008, Quality Management System, 18001 Health & Safety System and the company received Certifications.
- Interface with Client QA/QC and other related project departments regarding QA/QC matters.
- Evaluate QA/QC requirements on a daily Basis.
- Review of all proposed QA/QC, procedures and plans.
- Review Isometric Drawings, and allocate appropriate WPS.
- Review follow up and monitoring of QA/QC activities.
- Consolidate Final Test packs for final review.
- Evaluate and correlate information into a Weekly status report for the Project Manager.
