I have been a serving Metropolitan Police Officer dating back from 2009, progressing from a Police Community Support Officer to Police Constable. I then moved on to become an Acting Police Sergeant, to work within the Criminal Investigation Department, onto my current role now of being a Jigsaw Unit Offender Manager.
I have experience across frontline response policing, proactive plain-clothes operations, supervision of large operational teams, burglary investigation and the management of high-risk sexual offenders. I have a strong background in public safety, safeguarding, evidence gathering, risk management, decision-making and working with communities, victims, colleagues and partner agencies.
Experience within the Metropolitan Police Service from 2009 until present day:
Jigsaw Offender Manager - (Current Role) I am currently responsible for managing, monitoring, and mitigating the risks posed by approximately 70 Low, Medium, High and Very High Registered Sex Offenders (RSOs) and violent individuals within the community in London. I liaise with a large number of partner agencies to prevent re-offending and ensure public safety.I supervise Registered Sex Offenders (RSOs) by enforcing notification requirements and monitoring compliance with court orders (e.g., Sexual Harm Prevention Orders).
I complete detailed risk assessments to actively evaluate the risk an individual poses to the public. I Coordinate with the Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) framework and other key agencies like probation, adult/child social care, and mental health services. I conduct planned and unplanned home visits to verify addresses, living conditions, and obtain lifestyle information. I then ensure accurate, up-to-date recordings of all my interactions with offenders, intelligence, and risk management plans are placed onto the national police system used called ViSOR.
I also plan and execute both overt and covert surveillance operations to track the movements, activities, and associations of RSOs in the community and prosecute them when necessary when breaches or further criminality are identified.
Queens Park Rangers Football Spotter (9 years) -Alongside my daily job role(s), I operated under the umbrella of specialist policing, for the Metropolitan Police Service's Football Unit as I was selected to become a Football Spotter for Queens Park Rangers Football Club. This role involved me acting as the primary link between police and supporter communities to monitor crowd dynamics, gather intelligence, and prevent disorder during matches. I would monitor and map supporter groups, track potential risk supporters and collect live intelligence which I would then use to inform policing units on the operation. This role enabled me to travel all over the UK, working with other Police Forces being the Metropolitan Policing Representative at high risk football matches.
Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Burglary Unit - Selected to provide my experience into the Criminal Investigation Department, to support a newly formed Burglary Unit. Within this role I provided frontline policing knowledge and investigative experience. My role was to Investigate residential and commercial burglaries across West London, manage enquiries, gather key evidence, liaise with victims of crime and witnesses and supporting case progression to prosecute offenders.
Acting Police Sergeant (Emergency Response Team)- I became an Acting Police Sergeant supervising a large operational team of approximately 40–50 officers. Here I provided leadership, guidance and operational decision-making, supported staff welfare and performance, allocated resources and ensured effective responses to incidents and public safety demands.
Police Constable (Undercover / Plain-clothed Drug and Robbery Squad) - I was selected to join an undercover plain-clothes drug and robbery squad, contributing to proactive operations targeting drug-related crime and robbery offences. I worked discreetly in operational environments, gathered intelligence, supported investigations and assisted in identifying offenders and disrupting criminal activity.
Police Constable (Emergency Response Team) - Served on an Emergency Response Team, responding to emergency and non-emergency incidents across London. Managed dynamic and often high-pressure situations, protected the public, supported vulnerable individuals, preserved evidence, obtained initial accounts and applied appropriate policing powers and procedures. I was trained to drive the emergency response vehicles as a Level 3 response driver, as well as carrying out core London Aid requirements when requested to do so.
Police Community Support Officer - I joined the Metropolitan Police Service back in 2009, as a Police Community Support Officer. During the early stage of my policing career, I provided a visible and accessible policing presence within local communities. I built trust and confidence with members of the public, gathered local intelligence, supported crime prevention activity and helped address anti-social behaviour and community safety concerns
As a bellboy for the Four Seasons Hampshire Hotel, I would be the face of the property whilst guests arrived and the last point of contact prior to them leaving. I would deliver ultra-luxury, personalised service by handling luggage, escorting guests to rooms, coordinating transportation, and anticipating needs to create seamless, five-star experiences. I would greet guests by name immediately upon arrival, safely manage their luggage, and guide them to the Front Desk.
Upon check-in, escort guests to their rooms while detailing key hotel amenities. Once in their room, provide a discreet, intuitive walkthrough of room features (such as climate control, the safe, and in-room technology) and familiarise them with the property. I acted as an extension of the Concierge team by providing local dining recommendations, offering directions, and coordinating deliveries or transportation.
