Crew trainer
- Providing structured learning to new recruits and on the job coaching throughout their induction programme.
- Following and monitoring strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Lead the team through close procedures, working through each station’s protocols calibrating for time and temperature.
- Engaging with the wider team to organise resource, whilst mitigating the risk to service levels and customer experience.
- Demonstrating initiative, problem solving and working collaboratively to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Customer service – answering customer questions regarding orders and ingredients in a friendly and professional manner
- Cash handling – proficient in operating the tills and handling cash and card payments.
- Stock taking & attention to detail – all stock is delivered as expected and stored in order by expiry to minimise wastage. Using the organisations software to track stock usage and manage cost.
