Key Responsibilities:
Pre-registration, post-registration, and security documentation: Closure of solicitors' inquiries prior to their submission of the Report on Title, and exploring the credit papers, valuation report, and authorizing the Report on Title to ensure that the land is fit to lend.
Strategic Initiative: Worked on Blue Prism data management for the team to reduce the workloads that are run manually. Supported BA4 work-level management to explore the wide knowledge.
