By being passionate about valeting, it had led me to become a Site Manager in just two months and taking over a Western Commercial site, which had resulted in an increase of vehicle turnover, working closely with my team to ensure productivity and prepping vans in a matter of hours, whether that be a brand new vehicle being ready to be delivered to a customer, or a used stock vehicle which needs to be photographed. Filling out daily timesheets with employees attendance, to maintaining weekly stock checks to minimize chemical shortage. Upkeeping closely relationship with Western Commercial PDI Manager, Vehicle Progressor and Salesman to deliver highest customer satisfaction.
