
Having worked in many and varied roles over the years both in front and behind the scenes, I have gained a wealth of experience in administration and office procedures as well as customer service. I am passionate about helping others and love meeting new people. I am a good communicator and listener and would love to bring all of these skills combined into a new role whilst learning new ones.
Greeting, serving and getting to know new customers, ensuring every visit is always a positive experience by giving the correct information and advice with final recommendations of each product when required.
Managing all office administration tasks including record keeping, stock control / ordering. Liaising with suppliers and responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Paying all invoices, maintaining financial records and updating accounting system daily. Ensuring all insurances and regulatory requirements are renewed and up to date.
Working directly with and for Mortgage Advisor/owner, greeting clients and providing full administration support.
Duties:
Answering telephone and arranging all appointments. Dealing with all post.
Generating paper and electronic client files. Speaking face to face with clients, gathering all personal and financial information both historic and current in preparation for mortgage meeting, including photocopying, scanning and storing of sensitive documents for company records and potential lenders.
Completing online Mortgage applications from factfind before submitting with supporting documents.
Liaising with lenders and progress chasing applications.
Speaking with clients providing updates and requesting any further information required.
Forwarding mortgage offers to both clients and Solicitors.
Writing and generating Mortgage closure letters for both clients and regulatory bodies and submitting to FCA and Mortgage network for checking.
Ensuring procuration fees are paid on completion and distributed to broker and others via electronic payments.
