Have been employed for 20 years within a local company. initially as a labourer, before promotion to XXXX and then to my current role. The job includes a variety of tasks, including:

Responsibility for stock ordering.

Liaised with tenants to arrange suitable time for repairs to be carried out.

Managed relationships with contracts (wording)

Ensured safe workplace conditions.

Maintained smooth-running of the workload, delegating as required often under extreme time pressures.

Key holder who attended yard in out of hours period as required to restock tradesmen vans.

While I have thoroughly enjoyed this post, recent changes in the company direction and in my role towards a more senior management style have made me want to seek alternative employment.
