Working with the Outlet Europe Director and District Managers to improve and Implement APP processes and Policies. Outlets Europe contribute to 55% of the Business and also have 60% of the total loss in EMEIA.

• Short term goals were to improve communications between stores and APP. Which involved site visits, shrink school, Auditing the store using a tool created through an App,
• Educating staff and managers on ways to improve shrink. Working in different countries come with challenges with different laws.
• Managing remotely CCTV, Access Control.

• Budget discussions and involvement, Europe stores do not have in house security, so the development with the external agencies.
