Dedicated fitness graduate (2022) holding an Honours Degree in Coaching and Sports Science,REPS Level 2 Fitness Instructor and ActiveiQ/CIMSPA Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications.

Supervise and maintain the gym.
Plan and execute a variety of fitness classes for a wide range of abilities and age groups.
Carry out inductions for new customers.
Write fitness programmes for customers.
I enjoy keeping fit with swimming, cycling, football and racket sports as my main activities. I also coach football in a voluntary capacity when I can. I find hill walking and reading are great ways to relax and unwind.
