My role involved providing comprehensive commercial, legal, and strategic advisory services. I offered legal and compliance advisories to clients and developed implementation strategies for my recommendations. As a result:

• I performed a compliance audit for the documents and contracts of all our clients revealing legal risks and business challenges that need improving.
• Implemented innovative solutions to address operational challenges faced by both internal stakeholders and external clients alike.
• Developed a digital transformation framework to build resilience and improve business returns in the short and medium term.
• Conducted negotiations and drafted contracts for a Tier 1 bank for their entire entry-level staff.
• Engaged in consultations with various American universities who wanted to expand their operations in the region.
• Laid groundwork for expanding business operations to other East African Regions.

I gained diverse experience across legal research, client management, and drafting legal documents. I conducted extensive legal research on various issues and supported client care from case introduction to enforcement of court decisions and contractual agreements. Highlights included:

• Winning two tax cases at the Tax Appeals Tribunal for decisions against our clients,
• Drafting submissions that allowed a deceased estate to claim a life insurance cover.
• Ensuring the smooth transfer of ownership of apartment complexes in a prime location.
• Facilitating the transfer of ownership of development projects in various counties in Nairobi, Narok, Nanyuki, and Mombasa.

My responsibilities included writing content for the website and monitoring organic search metrics and client conversion on the website. I also implemented strategies to enhance organic search ranking on Google and Bing. As a result:

• I coordinated with graphic designers on visual elements complementing written content for a seamless user experience.
• I used my analytical skills by conducting thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize content for improved search engine visibility taking note of emerging trends.
• Despite competition from established platforms like Etsy and Amazon, I successfully improved our website's organic search results.
• I continuously monitored performance metrics to refine and adjust SEO strategies for optimal results and increased online visibility within our target market.

• Occurring at the Air Law Conference at Strathmore University, the conference covered major issues such as the Ethiopian Airline Crash and standard airline practice in jurisdictions such as the USA, including liability, safety standards, and international private law.

• I prepared research advisories and blog posts, acting as a rapporteur at conferences and events, providing advisory support for dispute resolution, and managing logistical tasks efficiently and effectively.

• I gained experience in conducting comprehensive case research, drafting court affidavits, legal briefs, and submissions, and handling various communication tasks essential to legal practice including filing bill of costs and attending court.

• Under Magistrate Martha Mutuku, I conducted extensive case research on ongoing legal matters, meticulously drafted judgments, rulings, and legal opinions, and gained invaluable insights into the practical nuances of judicial proceedings and decision-making processes within the court system
• This experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of legal analysis and the application of law in real-world scenarios.

• I played a pivotal role in overseeing theatrical productions, specializing in script development for successful musicals like 'Sarafina,' 'Mekatilili,' and 'Ella.' My responsibilities included conceptualizing and crafting compelling narratives, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring the artistic vision was realized on stage
• This role allowed me to showcase my creative talents in storytelling and contribute to the success of impactful and memorable theatrical experiences.

• I actively participated in diverse tasks including conducting stocktaking of library materials, organizing book arrangements, managing client relations by assisting patrons with inquiries and services, and contributing to system management processes. This experience enhanced my organizational skills, customer service abilities, and understanding of library operation.
