Summary

I am currently a scaffold chargehand at SGP. For the past two years I've also been carrying out the role for scaffold foreman for the seventh week cover.

I offer strong hands on experience in scaffold construction, design, teamwork, leadership and communication.

I'm very loyal and dependable with a solid understanding of training and mentoring employees.

I have proven ability to coordinate teams and maintain high standards of site safety and quality. Capable of driving projects to completion.

In the past two years stepping up to the foremans position, I have challenged myself and grown in confidence. Specifically with IT, liasing with management, supervisors from other departments and managing staff. I've enjoyed being part of planning and estimating work scopes. I find the foremans role motivating and rewarding. I feel that I'm at a stage in my career that I'm ready and experienced to carry out this position on a full time basis.
