Joined RSML under the TUPE arrangement following the purchase of M S Amlin's 1983 - 2018 reserves.

Working in the Internal Broking Team on all aspects of claims processing for Insurance and Reinsurance. Training three staff on the handling of proportional reinsurance treaties.

2012/2013 - Challenged with collection USD 25M of outwards reinsurance debt, which was cleared in 18 months.

2014/2015 - Reconciled a consortium which Amlin purchased, recovering loss funds and resolving all reserve issues.

2015/2017 - Set up internal broker for Amlin's New Jersey and Miami offices processing all proportional treaties.

2018-2019 - Joined delegated authority team responsible for coverholder and TPA's. Engaging with them on their performance and dealing with Lloyds on the production on the V5 bordereaux.

2020/2021 - Trained 17 staff in Kuala Lumpur office to handle all aspects of the internal broker, then training them as adjusters to handle ECF processing from external brokers.

2022/2023 - Special projects relating to any technical issues supporting the adjusters and providing support with the Kuala Lumpur office.

Team Leader in Binding Authority claims department controlling all aspects of individual loss reporting and claim borderaux.

1979/1980 - Reinsurance Proportional Wordings.

1981/1983 - Reinsurance Excess of Loss & Proportional Treaty Accounts.

1984/1995 - Manager of Reinsurance accounting, involving controlling USD 200M of Letters of Credit, and all Excess of Loss and Proportional Reinsurance accounting.

1996/2009 - Manager of Accounting and Statistical Reporting on Binding Authorities.

Worked for Lloyds broker processing excess of loss accounts for worldwide clients.

Ledger clerk reconciling external brokers accounts.
