Additional Information

  • When I finished professional cooking school in France in 1999, I worked in Paris and Brittany then moved to the UK and worked as a chef in restaurants until I moved to Worthing in 2008. I made my way up to a sous chef position. Between 2008 and 2014 I worked as a part time chef whilst also looking after my young family. In 2014 I decided to change career path and I attended college to complete City & Guilds level 1 & 2 in carpentry.
  • Since completing my carpentry training I have worked on various building sites as a carpenter expanding my skills, which now I have built a good understanding of all aspects of general carpentry and construction. I'm a conscientious person who learns fast and prides myself on good quality finishes to all work that I undertake. I'm trustworthy, loyal and hard working. I'm looking to join a local company to further use my skills and contribute to a team, either on site or a smaller domestic or commercial enterprise.
