Summary

I'm a dedicated ERP Operations Specialist with 3 years of experience in the implementation of D365FO with strong organisational awareness. During the implementation of D365FO my resilience to pressure grow due to non-flexible deadlines due to support for current ERP system (Irium) being no longer supported and pressures for our parent company to get D365FO live.

I started as a Parts Counter Assistant which included warehousing and various roles for Hitachi Construction Machinery. My advancement in the company is mainly down to my unique ability to learn and maintain product knowledge irrespective of subject which I apply to my current role. This has helped me greatly in the implementation of D365FO where I believe that is necessary.

My decisions are data driven and are always based on factual information. I utilise this by promoting best practices ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in processes and systems.

I'm a very focused individual committed to leveraging skills for impactful contributions to organisational success.
