Personal statement I am a mental health nurse with 7 years of experience working in Medium secure hospitals, low secure, and Acute, PICU, CAMHS, and Rehabilitation wards for patients with different types of mental health problems including personality disorders, emotionally unstable personality disorders, eating disorders and some with learning difficulties as well as community mental health services doing assessments, care plans and risk assessments to support our client group. Working as a Team Leader/RMN, when supervising others I take account of my strengths and utilise them in support of achieving objectives/tasks.
