• Employed at the Cuadrilla shale gas exploration site in Lancashire, the first shale gas pioneering project in the UK employed in a dual role both as safety advisor and as lifting supervisor / appointed person

• Employed As safety advisor on a new waste energy plant in Dublin, hired for my background & experience in lifting and rigging successfully implemented and planned safe lifting operations and general safety

• Basra & Southern Gas fields SME (subject matter expert) for Shell / Basra Gas Company Employed a Rigging Supervisor and subsequently promoted to Rigging Lead (T/A 3 Shell) status, duties included all planning, executing, and overseeing all complex lifting operations in many widespread sites and locations

• Employed as CPLO for Total EP Yadanna, Cilegon subsidence project
• Fabrication of topside modules & jacket Responsibilities to ensure all cranes & lifting equipment are used by company procedure

• Pembroke Power Station Employed in a dual role on this project hired for my lifting & rigging and crane background working alongside the existing safety team

• Providing safety cover on the project main duties included looking after the safety of all operatives and persons working in the field and the warehouses & main office areas

• SWF & Fateh Fields offshore UAE, Technical rigging & lifting authority, my responsibilities on this project included Updating rigging & lifting procedures and lifting plans for the company

• Employed by Alstom at Connahs Quay North Wales as a team safety engineers to cover the 2011 outage program duties for me including working on gas turbines and other parts of plant and machinery

• Employed as Lifting supervisor and subsequently promoted to CPLO Sub-Sahara Africa OML 58 Project duties as site competent person included covering work from both plants based at Obagie and Obite sites

• Employed offshore for BP Shiehallion FPSO North Atlantic as safety coach for BP to oversee the safety aspect of a team of skilled workers who were mobilised to carry out critical repair work to a damaged vessel

• Working on the GDF Teeside Power Station, to cover for resident safety engineer Basic safety responsibilities on gas-powered plant included CDM & basic induction training, safety tours, toolbox talks

• Employed by Alstom Power Generation working on a range of Power Stations including Ironbridge, Aberthaw, Teeside, Isle of Grain, Connahs Quay, Ferrybridge & Eggborough on various outages and short assignments

• St Fergus Peterhead Mobil North Sea Subcontracted to PSN Aberdeen to work on short shutdown, duties included Gas testing and monitoring of enclosed vessels using B.A sets, safety auditing

• Contracted to Pro-Safe Offshore Limited, onboard MSV Regalia Total E&P Rosa project, Girasol duties included all health, safety & welfare related matters on-board vessel, issuing and monitoring of PTW system

• BP Saltend co-generation project and Scottish Power Damhead Creak, this work involved change out and overhauls of turbine units using skilled teams of mechanical fitters and engineers

• Based out of Tbilisi Georgia working out of the BP main office my job was to oversee all lifting and rigging procedures that took place along the Baku to Ceyhan pipeline (BTC) including two large pumping stations and refineries
