I am a hardworking, reliable and conscientious individual with a wide range of administrative experience gained from working within the public, private and education sectors. With strong communication skills, both verbal and written, I pride myself on my ability to relate to people at all levels in a polite, courteous and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer care at all times. A team player, who can work independently, I have successfully demonstrated my ability to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. I have in the past been on holiday with a priest who takes a group of disabled young people with him to various parts of the world and I help look after them which I find a very to be a very enjoyable experience. I also have a Special needs sister and I help my parents to look after her i.e with feeding, cleaning herself and other essential needs. As of February 2014 I have completed a NCFE Accredited Teaching Assistant Course - Level 2 and as of March 2014 I completed an Academy NCFE Level 2 Special Educational Needs course both with Vision Learning Academy. I did a SIMS (School Management Information System) course with Capita Business Services Ltd in January 2015. Dedicated to offering exceptional assistance to team members and clients. Skilled at coordinating appointments, organizing mail and collecting messages to facilitate office communication. Positive and upbeat with strong relationship-building abilities.
