Self-motivated individual who has worked within the engineering industry for over 35 years. Strong desire to fulfil tasks with a sense of pride. During 38 years in engineering, processes have changed and evolved and I have adapted and trained to continue to follow the correct processes and procedures.

I would like to be able to use my skills to pass on to junior members of staff whilst continuing to be able to have pride in maintaining equipment. I am looking for a role where I can enjoy having a good work life balance and with a team that embraces fun whilst maintaining high standards.
