  • I started my career, in April 2015 initially started as a temp working in the Motor Customer Services, before moving into other areas such as Equity Release and pensions, life Protection and finally life claims as a customer Service Rep.
  • Each Areas I have excelled in by taking pride in the teams I work with and delivering 1st class Customer service, to which is recognised by Customers and management and regularly receive feedback from customers by the way off receiving wow points from the company based on customer surveys about myself and how I more than met their expectations.

I enjoy socialising with friends and going to the cinema. My main interests are in Computer technology both building and repairing as well as upgrading software which I do on my own computer as well as for friends.
