Purchased the pub when the business was close to closure and successfully developed it into a thriving destination pub achieving runner up once and overall winner of ‘Best pub in Northumberland‘ two years running

Approached by NE1 to advise and assist in the creation of the first city centre NE1 Motorshow in Newcastle. Coordinated privately owned display vehicles, managed exhibitor arrangements leading up to the event and oversaw displays and logistics during the event. The show was successfully delivered three times before being paused due to Covid

Created and developed a Supercar event that grew significantly in scale and popularity, expanded the show from an initial 7 vehicles to almost 800 cars at its peak, later introducing live action arenas and entertainment to enhance the visitor experience

Stepped in at short notice to manage the hotel and ensure it's continued operation until a new tenant was secured, oversaw day to day business operations, staff coordination and customer service

Leased The Dyvels from Punch Taverns and significantly increased business performance almost tripling turnover during the tenancy, successfully managed operations before selling the remaining lease

Managed the pub during a transition period to ensure the business remained operational until a new tenant was appointed. Oversaw all aspects of day to day operations
