As a highly experienced and dedicated paramedic with a strong background in frontline emergency care, clinical leadership, and education, I bring a comprehensive skill set developed over years of practice in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. My current role as a solo Fast Response Paramedic has honed my ability to make critical decisions autonomously, manage complex clinical scenarios, and deliver high-quality patient-centred care under challenging circumstances.

In parallel with my operational experience, I have served as a Clinical Operations Manager, where I led teams through periods of significant demand and change, ensuring performance targets were met without compromising staff wellbeing or clinical standards. This role strengthened my strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and operational oversight, giving me a deep understanding of system pressures and the importance of adaptive service delivery.

Additionally, as a Practice Educator, I have been committed to the professional development of both student paramedics and newly qualified clinicians. I take pride in creating supportive learning environments, delivering evidence-based teaching, and promoting reflective practice. I believe that education is key to sustaining clinical excellence and innovation within the healthcare service.
