  • Led investigations of all Safeguarding concerns/complaints ensuring consistently high standards at all times.

  • Conducted audits, reviews and inspections throughout my policing career and beyond (in 2016-2018) as Associate Inspector with Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary in Scotland.
