• Planned and delivered innovative, creative and sustainable donor recognition activity for major and principal donors, including implementing University's first suite of donor circles and collaborating closely with fundraisers to deliver bespoke, meaningful individualised stewardship elements.
• Collaborated closely with fundraisers to create and deliver programme of cultivation activity - including events and comms pieces - for their major donors and HNWI prospects.
• Led Donor Engagement Team in delivering stewardship programmes while managing and reconciling stewardship budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Launched Barber Association of Friends and Patrons, increasing membership by 30% over 12 months.
• Secured new avenues for membership growth by engaging corporate organisations and local communities, collaborating with local arts organisations, and refining membership offerings.
• Secured new philanthropic gifts to support Barber's programme, through levering existing relationships held with trusts and individuals.
